EGGPLANT STEW (Gheymeh/Vegan)
Eggplant stew Yellow Split Peas in a Saffron and tomato sauce, Topped with fried Potatoes, served with Persian style basmati Saffron rice.

MIRZA
Grilled Eggplant& Eggs, sautéed with roasted garlic and fresh tomato, topped with basal, Served with pita bread

GHORMEH SABZI (Vegan)
Fresh green Herbs (Parsley, Cilantro, Leek Fenugreek ) sautéed and stewed with, red kidney beans, dried lime, Served with Basmati rice.

MEDITERRANEAN STIR FRY (Vegan)
Soy meatballs, carrot, cabbage, broccoli, zucchini , and seasonal vegetables, stirred with Mediterranean spices, served with Rice.

DOLMEH (Vegan)
Lebanese stuffed grape leaves, lightly marinated, generously stuffed and hand-rolled with steamed split peas and white rice, all marinated in olive oil, Served with Tzatziki sauce.

FALAFEL PLATTER (Vegan)
Made from ground chickpeas, whole-wheat flour, parsley, onions, and spices, served with pita bread, Tahini sauce and veggies.

MEDITERRANEAN PASTA (Vegan)
Pasta mixed with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and split pea sauce with Turkish spices.
